Eligibility Criteria for Telangana Police Recruitment 2023

Education Qualification:

The applicant must have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government by July 1, 2023.

• 1600 Meters Race 

1. Male candidates – 1600 Meters Race ( within 7 mins 15 sec. )
2. Ex-Servicemen – 1600 Meters Race (9 Mins. 30 Sec. )

• Long Jump (Distance)

1. For General:-  4:00 m
2. For Ex-Servicemen: 3.50 m

• Shot put (7.26 Kgs) Distance 

1. For General: 6.00 m
2. For Ex-Servicemen: 6.00 m

Women Constable (Civil, AR) –

• Women Candidates – 800 Meters Race (within 5 Minutes 20 Seconds)
• Long Jump – 2.5 meters
• Shot put (4 kgs) –  4.00 meters

Pay Scale:

Level 3 Pay scale: Rs.21,700 – 69,100

Preliminary Written Test (PWT)

1. The written test will be of objective type of 200 marks.

3. If a candidate has a wrong question, 20% of the full marks will be deducted as negative for that question.
