- Must possess a graduation degree in any stream from a recognized board.
- Rajasthan Certificate Course in IT (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota
- “O” higher level certificate conducted by DOEACC (NIELIT) under the control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India / COPA / Degree, BA in Computer Science.
